WHAT CAN I WEAR??? I need help putting together an outfit!!!?

Hey, I'm going to a camp and they have a banquet. It's not very fancy. Like... you could wear something from abercrombie or hollister and stuff. What sux is there is a dress code. You can't wear anything shorter than your arms when their straight (handlength) and your shirt has to cover your stumach when you lift your hands up in the air but i can wear a tank top i guess. no tube tops... so regular sleeves. PLEASE PUT TOGETHER AN OUTFIT FOR ME THAT IS UNDER 100 DOLLARS! ITD BE GREAT IF IT WERE UNDER 75!!! Rember... I love abercrombie kids, hollister, abercrombie and fitch (not as much as abercrombie kids), ae, aeropostale, & that stuff... (:
