Question?!?!... and UPDATE on bleeding!!!!!?

SRY SO LONG BUT PLEEZ READ!!!!... i found out a few weeks ago(2/17/09) i was pregnant with me n my b/f's 1st child 2gether... everything was goin fine.. i went 2 the doc this past friday(2/27/09) and he said going by my date of my LMP(1/16/09) i was about 6wks along... he gave me n exam.. n tried doin a l u/s but couldnt see anything yet.. but he said i mite not have bin that far along and it could of bin 2 early 2 see nething... so on this past monday(3/2/09) i started spottin and the doc on call told me to go home lay down n relax n if it got worse or i had cramping go 2 the ER... sure enough i have 2 b rushed to the ER... they took blood my hCG was at 702 but still didnt see anything on the abdominal u/s or the l u/s they did... the concidered it a Threatened Miscarriage... i had a follow up 2day wit my doc 2 see if my hCG levels doubled or not which they should of... well they took blood n now i wont know until this coming tuesday wat the results are.... i have still bin bleeding really heavy i had some clotting and bad cramps... and this has bin goin on since monday... i kinda have come 2 terms that i already miscarried or i am in the process of miscarrying... i bin hopin 4 the best but i kno the chances that everything is fine is very slim... so my questions are... has any1 bleed during ur 1st few weeks of their preganacy??? How bad were u bleeding/cramps??? What was the outcome??? Has any1 went on 2 have a normal healthy pregnancy after u thought ur worst fear of miscarrying was coming tru???.... please i need some support right now... i am devestated... but as much as i dont want this to happen.. id rather go through it now then later... :o( ... hope every1 else's pregnancies are going well... BABY DUST 2 ALL!!!! Please Pray 4 my little peanut!!!!! :o)
