Is 192 a good PSAT score for a freshman?

Is 192 a goodPSAT score for a freshman? I really want to be a national merit scholar (hopefully finalist) so do u think that's possible in two years? How hard would I have to work to get it up to that level? Any recommendations on improving my score and do SAT prep cles actually work? Thx in advance :D
