What do you think of the latest findings concerning the Mona Lisa?

In 2008 they said that the woman in the painting is undoubtedly Lisa del Giocondo but with different theories surrounding her. Some said she was sick, some say she was pregnant or a prostitute. Some people believe it was his mother or maybe an image of himself. However after they discovered the letters L and S in the eyes of Mona Lisa the latest findings suggest that Mona Lisa was in fact a man named Gian Giacomo Caprotti also known as "Salai" who was also a lover of Leonardo da Vinci. He painted this man quite often and when you compare the two faces I think you can definitely see a slight resemblance. In your personal opinion however, do you think Mona Lisa was a woman or a man?
