in 2001 the M3 , that is the total value of all currency in circulation , was 545 billion . by 2008 the M3 was up to 1.5 trillion . bush tripled the number of paper bills out there . he devalued the dollar 66% . bush sure believed it ! are you calling bush a liberal ?
