Twins? Heavy line BFP @ 4w1d?

On August 24th (4 weeks 1 day) I got a BFP and it wasn't faint at all, it showed up before the rest of the test could finish. Could this indicate higher HCG levels and ultimately twins? Doc confirmed on the 26th and I go for my first appointment in early October. Anyone else have this experience or know someone who did?
