Token of appreciation for my sister-in-law?

My sisiter-in-law has been so great during my pregnancy. She's gone to ultrasounds with me, sewn tons of baby blankets and quilts, is customizing my baby shower invites and hosting the shower as well as hand sewn the curtains for the nursery. Any ideas on a small gift to thank her for everything? Thanks in advance for everyones imput!
