Is this considered picking on me?

So in my school if your late you have to go to the office and get a late slip, and they count how many times your late and put it on your report card. So anyways my homeroom teacher is REALLY (and im not exaggerating) boring, dull and strict. So anyways i walked into homeroom in the morning as usual and it was before the bell rang and she said "you! go to the office and get a late slip!" and i was like "but the bell hasn't even rang yet..." but then she said "go to the office and get a late slip!!!!!!!" so i just went so i wouldn't get yelled at some more, but the point is i shouldn't have gotten marked late because i wasn't even late! but by the time i got to the office the bell had rang already so i still had to get the late slip thanks to my homeroom teacher... So is this considered picking on me or what?
