I'm writing a story and I'll like a few people to read a sample of it. Can i get people to read it?

My story has romance, mystery, horror. There's murder, pion, heartache, fear, humour, a bit of violence and it is written in both first person view and diary-type. Would anyone be interested in trying it out? If so let me know and I'll type up a few bits and send it to you. Be as harsh as you can and be honest. It's the only way I'll know if my story is a flop or if i have a little bit of talent. Thanks! =|
