How do you make a wish and make it come true.?

I'm wondering for those of you that believe in magic in your heart do you think that if you wish something. I don't believe in wishes but if you were say trying to make something come true that was something that could never happen and stuff like gain the ability to change color. you know what I mean and stuff. Or maybe hypnotise someone to act like A chicken!!
