Hi, I have a sick 9month year old son and I would like to know if anyone has any suggestions to help.?

ok here is the detail. He has a runny nose and his eyes are watering an he seems like he was trying to get a slight fever. He also has been struggling with his teeth which I know can be a hle for babies because they can give them sick symptoms like diarrhea and less of an appetite and sometimes even throw up. Which all of these he happens to be struggling with. I have tried giving him the baby medicine even chicken an rice because I think that he just may have a cold. I even gave him baby vapor rub an rapped him up really good an put a rag on his forehead to help him breathe because he is congested and stuffy,an I have given him pedialyte to give him back any electrolytes he lost throwing up and running off because I do not want him to get dehydrated. I know the teeth can make it seem that way but this time I think it's a cold. Now can someone please that is educated in this field give me some suggestions on how to reduce an help my baby. I would appreciate if you WOULD NOT give me suggestions that I already told you that I tried for all that do not comment. Also any parents what did you try??? an AGAIN don't say what I already did that really isn't of any help thank you for your suggestions ladies and gentlemen I appreciate them.
