Dominican Rep. - Departure Permit?

so i am planning to go to the dominican rep. with my friends and our teacher for a volunteering trip. i checked some websites and apparently there is this departure permit thing where minors need to have in order to leave the dominican rep. if our parents are absent. do any of you know how can I get the permit? mucho gracias!
