Best way to get rid of vomit smell?

Last night my 18 month projectile vomited all over me and the couch. I cleaned and cleaned, lysol, febreeze, washed everything that could go in the washing machine including the couch cushion cover. Yet I can still smell it. What is the best way to get rid of the vomit smell?
